Ingredients
300 g of meat (pork, chicken, turkey)
4-5 cup fresh cabbage - sliced or grater
3 carrots
2-3 peppers
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp fresh ginger
paprika, black pepper, salt
sunflower oil (olive oil)
1/2 cup rice (maybe more)
2 eggs

Method
Cut the meat into small chunks (strips) and put to stew all chopped vegetables and a little sunflower oil (olive oil) and water is added a little. Once the cabbage is tender put spices, rice and water, as much as we want the soup is thick. Once the rice is ready (about 15 minutes) shifts soup plate, wait for it to cool and zastroyvame with beaten eggs.
