6 pears
80 g raisins
80 g sugar
45 g butter
5 pinches cinnamon
2 vanilla powder
500 ml pear brandy
2 tbsp caster sugar
Method
Peel pears, cut into 4 and clean. Put them in a bowl with the raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Add brandy and covered with foil. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then drained pears and juice remains. The butter melts and in it fry the sliced pears. Remove. In the butter put juice and raisins and boil until the syrup. pancakes garnished with pieces of pear, raisins and syrup. Wound on a roll and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
