45 g butter
5 pinches cinnamon
2 vanilla powder
500 ml pear brandy
2 tbsp caster sugar
Method
Peel pears, cut into 4 and clean. Put them in a bowl with the raisins, sugar and cinnamon. Add brandy and covered with foil. Leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then drained pears and juice remains. The butter melts and in it fry the sliced ​​pears. Remove. In the butter put juice and raisins and boil until the syrup. pancakes garnished with pieces of pear, raisins and syrup. Wound on a roll and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
