500 g minced meat
1 small cabbage
1/2 cup Rice
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp pepper
1/2 cup sunflower oil

Cabbage cut into strips, add salt and leave to stand for one hour. Cabbage stew in 3-4 tbsp sunflower oil. Separately fat stew finely chopped onion, add the minced meat, add salt and stir well for 5-6 minutes. Add red pepper, parsley, tomato paste, pepper, 1 cup hot water and the washed rice. Mix well and rice stew for 5 minutes. Cabbage pour into greased with sunflower oil pan and stir well with minced meat and rice. If necessary put an additional 1/2 cup hot water. Bake 35-40 minutes in a strong oven until the fat remains. Serve warm.
In the winter, make the dish with sour cabbage (if you do not have time for leaves). Add a pinch of ground cumin and nutmeg. Becomes very good.
