Method
Great popularity has gained fresh black currant jam in which vitamins are retained for a year. Oron plodchetata and lining up in jars row fruit sugar row as the top 2-3 cm is packed sugar. Close the cap and refrigerate. Used year-round. The fruits of blackcurrant outperform all berries and lemons 2-3 times more vitamin C - 120-320 mg%, which is stable and not readily degraded by processing the fruit. Contains large amounts of vitamin P, carotene, pectin and dyes and therefore products of black currant are among the mandatory food for astronauts.
