Potato Gratin

6 eggs
1 onion
2 large potatoes
200 ml milk
50 g cheese
sunflower oil

Potatoes cut into fine slices and fry with the onions until soft and after removing drain from the oil. Eggs are broken, add salt, grated cheese and milk. To shattered mixture, drained and fried onions Carophyll. Smeared with sunflower oil pan and izipva whole mixture. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 15-20 minutes.

I could not decide on how many servings is provided for this recipe. I put twice as many potatoes. The rest - as stated in the recipe. Came four good portions. The three ate dinner with a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, and the last portion I took in his work. Here Works chairs will:-(

I would add crumbled and Cheese. and potatoes is not it better to be boiled, not fried? ;)
