Fresh vegeta - II type

Ingredients
1 kg onions
1 kg carrots
1 kg peppers (red or green)
1 kg tomatoes
1 kg salt
3-4 bunches of parsley
1 bunch celery optional
Method
The products are washed and cleaned. All grind clipper meat of big grille. In a large bowl cut parsley, pour the salt and minced meat vegetables. Stir well and poured into jars with screw caps. Not sterilized, so last until summer because salt keeps them. Used by vegetata for reconstitution of different dishes and soups, baked rice.

sounds very well, I think this year to try. A little worried whether izdarzhi will not sterilized, but will be built a trust :)
