Ingredients
zander fillet of hake
1 cup milk
flour, sunflower oil, salt
400 g mayonnaise
1/2 fresh krastevitsa
1/2 onion
parsley

Method
Soaking fish fillet in milk to stand 1-2 hours. Drain it well and breaded in flour and Fry in the already hot sunflower oil until golden add salt to salt. Make fresh sauce of cucumber, cut into small cubes, onion, mayonnaise and parsley, finely chopped - Stir until everything is mixed well.
