Fried meatballs with potatoes

Ingredients
500 g lamb or beef
2 potatoes
1 fleshy pepper
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
flour
salt
pepper
6 tbsp breadcrumbs
frying fat
spices of your choice
Method
To the minced meat, add the grated potatoes, chopped parsley and pepper, tomato puree, 1 egg, pepper, salt and other spices (cumin, allspice) optional. The mixture was kneaded well. Once mature 1 h thereof are formed 8-12 balls, which are immersed in a thick pancake dough, made from the second egg, milk, flour and a pinch of salt, and then in the bread crumbs and fried in hot oil until golden color .
