Fried salmon with vegetables

Ingredients
500 g salmon (4 pieces 125 g)
300 g cauliflower
300 g broccoli
2 zucchini
2 carrots
2 diced spinach
1 lemon
4 sprigs of rosemary
125 g butter
salt, pepper
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Cauliflower, broccoli, courgettes and carrots and cut (I leave them bigger slices), then put in salted water to boil. Cook for about 5 minutes. Fish pre-salt it and sprinkle with pepper. Rosemary put in a pan with a little sunflower oil, on which is placed the fish. Fry over high heat 5 to 8 minutes on each side until golden. The fish is put on a plate, which is decorated with vegetables, put it spinach, which was previously 3 to 5 minutes in the microwave oven, and finally showered with strong hot butter. Decorated with cut lemon into quarters.
