Fried steak with egg

Ingredients
600-700 g beef mince
2 onions
6 eggs
2 tbsp bread crumbs or semolina
salt
pepper
grated nutmeg
parsley
meal
fat frying
Method
Onions cut into small pieces and fry with a pinch of salt 1 tbsp oil. Warm added to the minced meat with spices, breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, and salt. Minced meat is kneaded very well and mature after 30 minutes - 1 hour, it formed 4 steak (large meatballs). In each steak with an indentation using a ladle. Rolled in flour. Fry in very hot oil and arrange in an oiled baking dish small, as in the indentations of low clicks on an egg. Steak bake in very hot oven 7-8 minutes, until firm egg white.
