Fried stuffed peppers with cheese

Ingredients
250 g feta cheese
100 g dry white bread
1 kg peppers (maybe roasted)
2 eggs
100 g tomatoes
200 ml milk
parsley
salt
pepper
fat for frying
yogurt

Method
Slices of bread soaked in milk, squeeze well and broken into small pieces. Add the grated feta cheese, eggs, red tomatoes, peeled and chopped, chopped parsley, ground black pepper and salt to taste. The mixture is stirred well and it is thoroughly cleaned of seed pods. Fry in highly preheated oil until browned and served with yogurt.
