Green beans in Hungarian

Ingredients
500 g mutton
750 g green beans
250 g tomatoes
2 peppers
1 onion
1 clove garlic
frying oil
flour
2 tbsp (20 g) sour cream or yogurt
parsley
Method
Green beans clears and breaks, tomatoes cut into slices and peppers - on wheels. Chopped onions fry in oil until golden yellow. Add diced meat until browned. Then with a little water stew until soft. Add the green beans, peppers, finely chopped garlic clove, and 15 minutes later - and tomatoes. Stew over low heat. Concentrate broken in cream or yogurt meal. Before presenting the vegetables sprinkle with parsley and serve.
