200 g corn semolina (for polenta)

Put to boil 500 ml water and add it in corn meal. Stir constantly until thickened. When you get ready let it cool. Finely chopped onion Fry it until golden. Kachamak it sliced. Put a spin on it and fried onions, crumbled feta cheese and chopped peppers, hominy and second circle, the same stuffing and finish on top with a third circle polenta.
