Ingredients
4 tsp gelatine
300 ml cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
pinch of cinnamon
300 ml strong coffee
# For the syrup:
200 ml black coffee
200 g of powdered sugar
Method
Gelatin is immersed in a small amount of warm water. Mix with cream, powdered sugar and cinnamon. If you do not like do not put cinnamon. The mixture is heated, but do not boil. Cream mixture is distributed in the cups and went to the refrigerator to set. To prepare the syrup is boiled black coffee, adding and powdered sugar. Before serving, turn a plate of jelly cup and pour the prepared syrup.
