Ingredients
2 zucchini
2 eggs
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
20 g processed cheese
1 skinless sausage or smoked sausage
1 sprig fresh onions
fresh herbs: dill, parsley, oregano, sage, savory
salt
sunflower oil for frying meatballs

Method
Grate the courgettes , Salt them and leave them to drain for about 30-40 minutes. When you squeeze courgettes is time to prepare the mixture for meatballs. Courgettes to put eggs and stir the mixture. To it add finely minced meat sausage, processed cheese and all spices. Finally, put the flour and baking powder if necessary increase the amount of flour. All stir well to mix all ingredients. In a pan pour the oil and become hot when using a spoon put the mixture to fry. When the meatballs gain is golden on both sides put it out and put them on kitchen paper to absorb the fat.
