Kavarma kebab chicken hearts

Ingredients
1 kg chicken hearts
3-4 onions
1 tbsp paprika
2-3 tomatoes
4-5 roasted red peppers
1/2 cup red wine
2 chillies
2 bay leaves
salt
pepper

Method
Hearts are cut in the middle to the top and well washed of blood clots. Dried and put in 5-6 tbsp sunflower oil to be braised. Onions cut into strips and add hearts. Stew under cover until the onions soften. Add red pepper and wine and leave uncovered for 3-4 minutes to poizpari alcohol. Peel tomatoes and cut into small cubes. Baked is fleshy peppers, peel, cut into strips and add to the dish. Season with salt and pepper and spills in the pots. In each pot put a 1/2 hot pepper and 1/2 bay leaf. Bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.
