Method
Onions and carrots are sliced and placed in an oiled tray of Jena glass. They add the meat cut into cubes, mushrooms and potatoes, also cut into small cubes. Everything is seasoned with pepper and beef broth. Mix and dilute 2 cups cold water. Cover and put in a moderate oven to seal. Once the potatoes are softened and the meat is almost ready, add the mayonnaise, cheese, cut into strips and breadcrumbs. Allow open pan to seal and to evaporate the water.
