Lamb soup with spinach

Ingredients
300 g lamb
2 tbsp vegetable oil
20 g butter
2 handfuls of spinach
1 bunch spring onions
1/2 cup Rice
2 tomatoes
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
salt and pepper
Method
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pour cold water and boil on low heat until polusvaryavane. Add chopped onion, rice, and a little later - spinach and tomatoes, also chopped. After cooking meat and vegetables added fat, salt and pepper. In presenting each portion place of the hard-boiled egg, diced and yogurt.
