Lasagna with skinless sausages

Ingredients
sheet for lasagna
500 g skinless sausages
3 scallions
2 sprigs fresh garlic
1 green pepper
2. tbsp olive oil
4-5 pickled peppers
1/4 cup red wine
1 jar (800 g) tomatoes
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1 egg
500 g cottage cheese
100-200 g cheese
salt
Method
Onions, garlic and green pepper are finely chopped and fry in olive oil. The skinless sausages are finely chopped and added to the pan. Pickled peppers cut into in small pieces and also fry. Season with salt, pour the wine and simmer until the sauce thickens. Tomatoes, basil, oregano Strain, then add salt. Egg mix in a bowl with a little salt. Insert also the cottage cheese and crushed until a thick paste. In pan pour 1/3 of the tomato sauce on it are arranged sheet, top pour half of the filling with the skinless sausages. Place the second row wafers loaded into curd mixture and stuffing and piecing last line peel. Before you put in the preheated oven, pour remaining tomato sauce and cover with aluminum foil. Bake 30 min at 180 C. Then fthe oil was removed, the dish is sprinkled with cheese and bake slightly.
