Layered cake for celebration

7 eggs
14 tbsp sugar
14 tbsp flour
1 vanilla
1 tsp baking powder
# For the cream:
creme of your choice
400 ml cream
5 tbsp chocolate spread
# For the syrup of the bases:
1 cup sugar

Beat egg whites with sugar. Gradually add the egg yolks one by one, the flour and baking powder. Divide the mixture into three parts, as one of them put 2 tbsp cocoa. Bake at each base for 10-15 minutes. Baking it at 160 C to 180 C or fan on the bottom BBQ, fanless. Leave to cool the bases and proceed to the preparation of the cream. After 2 packets of cream prepared according to the directions and the cream is thick enough already, gradually pour the pastry cream (optional can put more sugar) and stirring continued for 2-3 minutes. Approximately 1/3 of the cream and add it to the chocolate spread. 1 cup caramelized sugar, pour 1 and 1/2 cup of water and leave to melt the caramel. This syrup pour first base, mazhem with white cream, syrup second base, mazhem with brown cream, syrup and third base and mazhem with white cream. decorate a cake optional.
