Layered cake with cottage cheese and sauce tseluvchena

Ingredients
# For the base:
200 g flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
180 g butter
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 yolk
# For the filling:
500 g unsalted cottage cheese
3 yolks
1 vanilla powder
nastargana little zest
sugar to taste
# TOPPING:
4 egg whites
280 g of powdered sugar
Method
