Light potato soup with leeks

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
4 leeks onion
1 l broth calf bones
1 cup (200 ml) milk
60 g butter
3 tbsp (30 g) flour
yolk 1
2 slices white bread
salt
Method
Peeled potatoes cut into pieces, boil in part of the broth until soft, is pressed. Make a light roux of 30 g butter and flour, dilute with broth, boil a little, add pressed potatoes and cut into julienne and stewed in butter slice leek. Vazvaryava soup, add milk with broken yolk in it, add salt and removed by fire. The soup is served with fried in butter morsels of white bread.

Very tasty soup gets, but I think krotonchetata can be baked in the oven and pre sprinkled with grated cheese - a matter of taste :)

The soup is super tasty and nutritious, even diced chicken broth became ... I guess how it will be delicious broth tel bones as in the recipe.
