Liver sauteed

Ingredients
500 g liver
100 g of white wine
30 g butter
1 lemon
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
The liver is cut into thin slices. The butter is melted in a pan and fry it in pieces of liver on both sides. Remove the pan and pour the wine, allow to boil, sprinkle with pepper, salt and parsley. The liver pour the sauce and sprinkle with lemon juice. Serve with pieces of sliced ​​lemon.
