Macaroons with cream

Ingredients
30 macaroons
30 ml milk
100 g sugar
vanilla 1
2 tbsp potato starch
rind of 1 lemon
rum
powdered sugar
coconut, chocolate sprinkles, colored sugar sticks
Method
Boil the milk with the vanilla and lemon zest, then strain. In bowl, beat egg yolks with sugar and add the sieved starch. Diluted while stirring with milk (of the stream). The finished mixture is transferred into a saucepan and boil for about 10 minutes on low heat until a thick homogeneous cream. Lowers from heat and stir until cool. Basis of macaroons is smeared with a brush dipped in rum and sticking 2 with cream. Bonded macaroons Oval side in chips, chocolate bars and candy cane then sprinkle with flour.
