Marinated mushrooms in warm marinade

Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
40 ml vinegar
40 ml white wine
6-7 cloves garlic
20 ml sunflower oil
10 peppercorns
salt
bay leaf
dill
Method
Mushrooms Wash, cut and boiled for 15 minutes in a marinade of all other products. Mushrooms are allowed to cool in the liquid. Arrange in jars and kept cool.

my mushrooms are still chanterelle. All morning only do mushrooms and experiment various recipes. And for that I do not know whether to sterilizirr jars. At least in the recipe in the book wrote. I scored them in the refrigerator and then shteopitvame see which have become good ones with cold or hot marinade with these.
