Marinated pork with olive oil and lemon

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork meat without bones
1 carrot
5-6 cloves garlic
100-150 ml olive oil
juice of 2 lemons
dried thyme
rosemary
pepper
salt
potatoes for garnish
Method
Carrot and garlic cloves cut needles. With a thin sharp knife into the meat and make deep cuts in each of them put a piece of carrot and garlic. So shpikovanoto meat is rubbed with salt, pepper and a mixture of dry spices. Put it in a deep dish and pour the olive oil and lemon juice. Leave in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours, every 2-3 hours turns to marinate evenly.
