Fluffy pita * Chaos *

Ingredients
500 ml milk
30 g fresh yeast
+1 1 egg yolk (spreads)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
about 1 kg of flour
70 g butter
100 g feta feta cheese (optional for stuffing between the layers)
50 g of cheese - for sprinkling

Method
Dissolving the yeast in the warm milk and add 2 tbsp of flour and a little sugar until it is rare slurries. Leaving her side until effervescent, and during that time I prepare other products. Knead the dough and leave it to hot down to rise until doubled in volume. Divide the dough into 3 balls, roughly the same. Roll out pastry round with a diameter of about 40 cm. Each peel (no last) greased with butter, sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese (optional) and then put on top. Cut pieces of sheet pile. Where triangles, squares where - as here! Look only be roughly equal pieces each side about 5-6 inches. But one centimeter or more distorted hand, or a trapeze or infinite incorrect figure - it is not decisive. Let there be creativity! Before completely baked, subtract the pita and sprinkle with grated cheese in advance. This cheese can be skipped, of course, and to clean baked pita. Back in the oven for another 5-6 minutes, until the cheese melt and leak nice. When out of the oven has a crispy crust - islands in melted cheese. A few minutes for steaming and finally left to enjoy this yummy fluffy, without thinking about another diet.
