Marinated roast pork with wine

Ingredients
1.5 kg pork shoulder
3-4 branches of fresh rosemary
5 cloves garlic
7-8 tbsp sunflower oil
pepper
salt
200 ml dry white wine
3 onions
3 cloves
1 bay leaf
200 ml bouillon cube
1 tbsp flour

Method
