Ingredients
500 g minced meat (mixture)
1 onion
2 slices of stale bread
50 ml milk
1 potato
1 egg salt, pepper
cherry tomatoes (the number of meatballs)
# For the breading:
1 egg
80 g breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Bread soaked in milk. Onions and potatoes are peeled and grated. Minced meat is kneaded with egg and bread, add potatoes, onions and spices. There are also round meatballs. In the middle of each put one tomato. Dipped in egg, rolled in breadcrumbs and fried.
