Meatballs with rice and minced meat

Ingredients
1/3 cup rice
1 onion
500 g minced meat
pinch of salt
2 egg whites
1 cup cow butter
2 yolks
Method
Kneaded meat with rice, chopped onion, salt and egg white. Shape is oval meatballs with about 5 cm long. Arranged in a large pan, pour water and sauté on medium heat. Once the water is absorbed, remove the pan from the fire. Beat the egg yolks. Meatballs are dipped in egg yolks and melted butter and fry on both sides for about 3 minutes. Serve warm.
