Ingredients
400-500 g minced meat
1 cup (250 ml) round rice
2 butertesto leaves, 300 g, each about 30x40 cm
2 medium zucchini
2 large onions
2-3 cloves garlic
optional 3 cups vegetable or beef broth

Method
