Mish-mash with mince

Ingredients
100 g pork
100 g beef
400 g red peppers
8 tomatoes
2 onions
4 cloves garlic
4 eggs
savory
basil
Method
Peppers are roasted, Peel and cut into pieces. Pork and beef is cut into pieces and fry in a little olive oil. Once change color add diced onion and peppers and salt it. Once the onions soften add the tomatoes, diced and stew on low heat 10-15 minutes. Grind the garlic and add to the mixture along with savory and basil. Finally add the eggs, mix well and cook another 5-6 minutes.
