Ingredients
2-3 potatoes
1 cucumber
500 g yogurt
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 lemon
salt
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and cut into cubes. Cucumber also cut into cubes and added to the potatoes. The mixture is poured with yogurt and vegetable oil, add salt and acidified with lemon juice. Mix well and pour into a bowl of salad.
