Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 vanilla
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bread
2 tbsp cocoa
1 egg
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
goals of cherry jam or compote
powdered sugar for sprinkling

Method
Preheat oven to 180 C. In a large bowl sift together the flour, baking powder, cocoa and salt. Add the sugar and vanilla and mix well. In another bowl, beat the eggs with a fork, the oil and milk. Make a well in center of dry mixture and gradually add the egg mixture, taking care not to stir too much. Brush with butter muffin form. Divide dough in half the height of the holes. Place dough on a 2-3 sweet cherries. You can also use cherry compote of, well drained and lightly rolled in flour. Top pour the remaining batter to 3/4 of the height. Bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180 C oven. Remove from oven, cool for 5-10 minutes and remove the cupcakes from the form. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar or melted chocolate. The amount of dough is enough to form a 12 hole muffin.

Vesi, the muffins are fantastic - soft and fluffy. When I came out 7br. Because I did them in Sholin custard and bake a little more than 20 min., Because they are larger. I changed the recipe a little - Cocoa I put the dough in half - from above.
Do not put cherries (not like fruit cups) and put in a nut.
