Mushrooms in Burgundy

Ingredients
5-6 large field mushrooms
100 g cheese
bread crumbs for sprinkling
4-6 garlic cloves
1/3 bunch parsley
1/3 bunch of dill
250 g margarine
Method
Mushrooms cleared of stumps and thoroughly wash. Place in a tile (or an appropriate dish). Filled with garlic mixture and baked gently in the microwave for 2 minutes. Then sprinkle with bread crumbs on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Again put in the oven until the cheese is browned. garlic paste, garlic cloves are crushed in a mortar. Add chopped parsley and dill, and also crushed. Add a little salt. All this is mixed with margarine. The mixture was stored in a refrigerator and it is used when necessary.
