Naples salad with cauliflower

Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
6 sardines
30 g capers
3 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
90 g black olives
1 tbsp (10 ml) vinegar
pepper
salt
Method
Clean cauliflower is placed in boiling salted water, boiled almost to softening, remove, torn on florets and leave to cool. In separate bowl mix vinegar, olive oil, pepper and salt, add the cauliflower and stir gently. Arranged in the salad, decorate with olives and sprinkle with finely chopped capers and sardines.

It is very delicious! Except I substituted sardines and shrimp sprinkled with dill and lemon slices for decoration!
