Dough: yeast and sugar are dissolved in 3 tbsp lukewarm water. After 5-6 minutes, knead dough products. It is well kneaded and left to rise for 15-20 minutes. Divide dough into 3 and stretching the arm until it is very thin crust (2-3 mm). Decoration: tomato puree is mixed with oregano and grated onions, add salt and let stand 30-something minute. Top ranks cheese, cut into thin pieces. * This is the original recipe - but I bit my doslozhih in filling: ham, corn and pickles.

Very nice recipe so delicious. I made her a favorite at home!

actually dough is very tasty, but I get dough fist and not rise. only came to cover a small baking pan. as I say taste becomes slightly crispy and tasty, but not announced why it became a little ??/

I think the author of the recipe is not stated quantity of liquid for kneading the dough. With only three tablespoons of water in which is dissolved the yeast ... I would add about 100ml lukewarm water.

radio, and how much water you add?
