Omelet with chicken liver

Ingredients
3 eggs
3 chicken livers
20 g butter
3 tbsp (30 ml) milk
parsley
salt
Method
Livers are finely chopped and fry in heated butter. Eggs are broken down with milk and salt and add to fried liver. Add parsley and cook until underside get golden brown. Serve immediately, folded in two.
