Omelet with oatmeal

Ingredients
3 eggs
3-5 full tbsp oatmeal
honey or jam Serving
#Optional:
raisins, chopped walnuts or almonds
honey, jam
pinch of salt
lump of butter or margarine

Method
Eggs Beat well and add to oatmeal and a pinch of salt. The mixture stand for 15-20 minutes - use fine oatmeal can fry immediately. Optional may be added and other products. Fry on both sides in heated butter in a Teflon pan. Serve with honey or other sweet. Maybe with fresh fruit.
