Omelet with oranges and hazelnuts

Ingredients
6 eggs
4 tbsp cream
2 oranges
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
pinch of salt
butter
vanilla sugar for sprinkling
Method
Beat the eggs with the salt, sugar, cream and a little finely grated orange peel. Two separate fried omelet in butter and filled with a mixture of the chopped oranges mixed with hazelnuts. Folded in two and sprinkle with vanilla sugar.
