Ordinary meatballs

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat (70/30 pork / beef)
1 tsp cumin (equal)
1/3 tsp soda
1-2 tsp salt
pepper

Method
Minced meat, along with soda and Spice was kneaded with plenty of water, then allowed to age overnight. The next day, again and again knead lightly and water was added. Total minced meat takes from 500 to 700 ml water per kg of ground meat. Then form kebapchetata, in the form of cylinders with a length of 12-15 cm. Diameter and 2-3 cm. And bake strong hot BBQ, greased with onions before.
