Pancakes stuffed with minced meat and tomato juice

Ingredients
ready pancakes
250 g minced meat
canned corn
ham
500 ml tomato juice
salt
Method
Fry the minced meat in sunflower oil or olive oil for about 4-5 minutes. Add corn to be expressed. Then add tomato juice and leave little on low heat to simmer, then add salt. In each pancake put on 2-3 tbsp of the mixture and turn. Can be served with a sauce of your choice.
