Pappardelle with beef

Ingredients
7 Pappardelle pasta (about 180 g)
400 g veal
250 g mushrooms
100 ml cream
150 g cream cheese Philadelphia
50 ml white wine
salt, pepper
olive oil ( sunflower oil)
dill
2 cloves garlic

Method
Cut the meat into small pieces, mushrooms into slices. In oil fry crushed, unpeeled garlic cloves, which are then removed. Meat fry in olive oil. Add mushrooms. Seasoned with salt and pepper and pour wine. After having disappeared wine, add 1-1 and 1/2 cup hot water (broth) and leave on low heat until tender meat. Add the cream and cream the feta cheese and stir. When the sauce thickens, add the chopped dill. Pappardelle is boiled in salted water (broth) and drain. In bowl put Pappardelle, top watered with sauce and sprinkle with dill.
