Patatnik with peel

Ingredients
500 g potatoes
200 g feta cheese
1 onion
2-3 sprigs of mint
2 eggs
50 g butter
60 ml sunflower oil
pepper
1 package filo filo pastry sheets

Method
Peel the potatoes are grated and mixed with crumbled feta cheese, chopped onion and mint. Add eggs, pepper and half of the oil and mixed thoroughly. In a large, greased with sunflower oil pan, put 5 sheets of phyllo, each is oil. The mixture was poured onto a greased with sunflower oil sheets and covered with the remaining sheets peel, again each smeared. On the top layer distributes the butter, cut into pieces. Bake about 30 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 degrees, while above Patatnik flushed.

Great suggestion! Going for breakfast and dinner. Delicious obtained patatnik. I add dried mint. Fresh is not as flavorful.
