Ingredients
          800 g puff pastry
          8 peppers
          200 g mushrooms
          250 g chicken
          250 g cream cheese
          200 g sour cream
          250 g cheese
          1 yolk
          sunflower oil
          black pepper, salt

          Method
              Chicken meat cut into in small pieces and fry in 1-2 tbsp sunflower oil. When the meat turns white add chopped mushrooms. Once the mushrooms were suffocating, add the cream cheese and cream. Mix well seasoned with pepper and salt (if required). Retired from the heat and leave to cool.   peppers are cut in half lengthwise and are cleared from seeds.   puff pastry rolled slightly. Cut into rectangles slightly larger than the peppers. In each pepper is made by stuffing, sprinkle with grated cheese and capped with puff pastry. The edges of the dough is folded into the pod.   Arrange in littered with paper baking tray and brushed with egg yolk. Bake at 200C.
