Peppers with tomato sauce (roasted)

Ingredients
1 kg peppers
1 kg tomatoes
1 head of garlic
salt
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Peppers are roasted and peeled. Peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Pour into a baking dish, add salt to taste, put the chopped garlic and the oil and bake until thickening. Finished tomato sauce poured over the peppers and sprinkle with chopped parsley. This method of preparation is suitable for people who avoid eating fried foods.
