Pickle in refrigerator

Ingredients
3 kg cabbage
3 large carrots
4 heads of garlic
3 bunches of parsley
# For the marinade:
1.5 liters of water
1 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
1-2 bay leaves
1 cup vinegar
2 tbsp salt
Method
Cut cabbage medium-sized pieces and place in a large saucepan. Add carrots wheels, heads chopped peeled garlic and parsley. Prepare marinade - all products without vinegar put in a pot and put on the stove when the mixture boil and add the vinegar. Vegetables are covered with marinade. The pot is covered with gauze. Allow to stand for three days in the kitchen. Then Transfer the jars and refrigerate.

chilled brine is poured over the vegetables.
