Pita with apples Dimitri

Ingredients
1 kg of flour
1.5 kg apples
25 g yeast
200 ml sunflower oil
100 g sugar
100 g ground walnuts
zest
pinch of salt
Method
Yeast dissolved in 300 ml warm water. After the rise, pour the yeast in the flour, add salt and half of the oil and mix a soft dough by hands oilt others sunflower oil during kneading. The dough is divided into 3 parts and are rolled three thick sheet: the first is placed in the pan, pre-greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour. On her sprinkle half of the filling made from peeled and grated apples, mixed with sugar, ground walnuts and grated lemon rind. If apples are juicy, you can add a little bread crumbs. The filling is covered with second crust, which is also sprinkled with the remaining stuffing. Cover with a third crust. Cake bake in a moderate oven until browned. Serve chilled.
