Pizza with crab sticks and smoked cheese

Ingredients
# For the dough:
500 g flour
1 package dry yeast (7 g)
1-2 pinches of salt
1-2 tbsp sunflower oil
# For the sauce:
150 -200 g smoked feta cheese
7-8 crab sticks
2 green peppers
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 pinches of sugar
pinch of salt
1/2 tsp oregano
Method
Involved dough as the flour made well, put the yeast, the salt, the oil and gradually pouring hot water. The resulting solid ball hit a dozen times in the bar, then allowed to rise. Garlic cut into small pieces and fry for 10-15 minutes in the hot olive oil. The peppers are finely chopped, add to garlic and a minute later put tomato sauce, sugar, salt and oregano. The risen dough is divided into two and rolled into thin sheets. Peel spread directly on the baking pan, and the end is shaped edge, so as not to leak stuffing. Crab rolls are cut into small pieces and smoked feta cheese - thin slices. The test is applied sauce allocated to the crab sticks and the feta cheese. Sprinkle with basil and red pepper (optional). Bake 10-12 minutes in preheated oven at 200-220 C.
