Pizza with mushrooms

Ingredients
200 g flour
4 tbsp (40 g) vegetable oil
1 cup (200 ml) milk
15 g yeast
100 g salo
2 eggs
1 tbsp (10 ml) lemon juice
salt
pepper
2-3 sprigs of parsley
Method
Of flour, 2 tbsp (20 ml) vegetable oil, warm milk, yeast and a pinch of salt knead dough, leave to rest for 1 hour, izmesva once more and spread on a baking dish. The dough should not only cover the bottom and must have a high edge. The dough is coated with vegetable oil and pour on the chopped mushrooms. Add salo, cubed. Mix the eggs with 1/2 cup (100 ml) of water, lemon juice, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and pour over mushrooms. Pizza sprinkled with vegetable oil and bake in moderate oven for 20-30 minutes. Serve immediately.
